COURSE DESCRIPTION
Stable isotope analysis has emerged as a useful tool to overcome the limitations and biases associated with conventional approaches for investigating the diets of animals. In this course, students will learn how to design a diet study, sample consumers and their foods, prepare samples for laboratory analysis, and use cutting edge statistical methods to investigate animal diets.
