John Morrison is the Director of Conservation Planning and Measures at WWF-US. For over 20 years, John has led terrestrial, marine, and freshwater spatial and strategic conservation planning efforts on all seven continents.

John is also the Global Coordinator for the Conservation Coaches to train and support a global network of conservation coaches. Although John’s educational background and early career focused on Geology and Hydrologic Engineering, his passion for SCUBA diving, birds, and general natural history led him to a career in conservation biology.
